Beverage and Bar Information
Cedar Crest offers three types of beverage service:
Cash Bar or No Host Bar - A bar where the guests pay for their drinks as they receive them at the prevailing drink price. If minimum sales are not reached, the host will be charged the difference in sales on the final bill.
Open or Hosted - A bar where the host pays for the guests drinks. The cost is computed at the basic drink prices and charged to the final invoice of the host.
Flat Rate Bar - A bar which a predetermined dollar amount is agreed upon by the host for drinks that will be given to guests at no charge. When the amount is reached, the host will be notified. The bar can then become a cash bar or the host can increase the amount.
